Yes. All 35 lessons and units are free to download from environmentaldashboard.org.
What grades do they cover?
Grade 1 through high school, plus college-level units.
Can each principal post to their own school's screen?
Yes. Principals and the superintendent post announcements to their own buildings' screens.
